Wildrose Appraisal, Incorporated, was founded in 1993. We are primarily a Colorado and Arizona provider of valuation services. We offer a full range of valuation services including resort, urban, suburban and rural commercial properties, agricultural appraisals, easement appraisals, and all aspects of litigation support valuation.

Wildrose Appraisal specializes in commercial valuation services on all real property types in every county in Colorado and the Flagstaff to Tucson urban corridor of Arizona. We provide litigation assistance including valuation services, expert testimony, and strategy and case consultation. Our easement appraisal services include condemnation appraisals and right-of-way easements in both states.

Whether it is an industrial building in Denver, a retail center in Phoenix, or a multi-phase resort development in Aspen, our team of eight commercial appraisers and analysts can meet a wide range of commercial valuation needs and provide accurate, thorough and reliable analysis of real property values

Wildrose appraisers have contributed to a variety of prominent projects. Working with a national real estate company, team members helped develop property valuation models for billion dollar portfolios. Our appraisers assisted in a five year
assignment as the assessment auditors for the State of Colorado, the largest project of its kind in the nation. Wildrose was selected by the Legislative Council in Colorado to perform the audit for 2009-2010; we were also awarded the contract for the 2011-2012 term. Team members developed automated valuation products for banks and other clients for residential properties in California,
Colorado, Nevada and Arizona. Some of our appraisers helped complete the first agricultural automated valuation system in the country for the nation’s largest agricultural lender.

Wildrose appraisers are professionally affiliated with private organizations such as the Appraisal Institute, the International Association of Assessing Officers, the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the International
Right of Way Association. On staff we have an MAI appraiser and associates with our company are nationally accredited USPAP instructors. The MAI membership designation is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions. Our USPAP instructors teach appraisal standards and are certified by the Appraisal Foundation. Wildrose appraisers have also written two books on mass appraisal valuation that were published by the Appraisal Institute.
